How do I order?
We’re so excited to hear from you! All ordering can be done over email. Please include as many details as possible when inquiring, the more information the better! It’s super helpful to include your event date and time, event location, design inspiration, and any event colors.
What about delivery?
Delivery is calculated at $1 per mile, one way. Mini dessert pick up is available in Westwood, and Pasadena.
How is Pricing done?
A custom cake means custom pricing. Each cake is individually priced and based on multiple factors like it’s size, filling, and design. Popular cake flavors are listed on the Custom Cakes page. Mini dessert prices can be found on the Menu page.
Do you really need 4 week’s notice?
Yes! As a custom bake shop, we take on a limited number of orders each week. All cakes require a 25% deposit due in order to hold your event date. The remaining balance must be paid at least 2 weeks prior to your event. Design or flavor changes cannot be made within that 2 week period leading up to your event.
Can you provide your insurance for my wedding?
Absolutely! If your wedding venue or event coordinator need our COI, it will be emailed over asap.
